Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide attentive food and beverage service to hotel guests and visitors
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems
• Restock inventory and assist with opening/closing duties
• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest service
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, front desk, and hotel staff

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
