As we continue expanding across Texas and other states, we remain focused on operational excellence, growth, and entrepreneurial innovation.   This role supports day-to-day facility and warehouse operations by responding to maintenance requests, completing basic repairs, and keeping work orders organized and on schedule. The position also manages receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory and equipment to ensure materials are available for internal teams and contractors. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, customer-service oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable performing hands-on work that includes heavy lifting, inspections, and light plumbing/electrical repairs.  Key Responsibilities:  Respond promptly to maintenance requests.  Maintain up-to-date logs and records of job assignments.  Safely handle lifting materials weighing up to or exceeding 100 lbs.  Perform various basic tasks, including painting, filling crevices, caulking, and power washing, etc.   Identify and promptly report maintenance repair needs.  Regularly inspect community spaces for litter, mechanical failures, or breakdowns.  Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and safety system repairs.  Supervise the management of trash containers on company premises.  Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers.  Thoroughly review all received orders to confirm accuracy in items and quantities.  Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, parking garage, and community spaces.  Track inventory levels and maintain accurate logs/records of work orders and materials.  Manage the checkout and return of equipment to contractors, ensuring no damage occurs.  Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and during emergencies as needed.  Any duties assigned by management to support the department's goals.  Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED required.  2+ years of building maintenance/repair experience (or equivalent).  Strong customer service; professional with vendors/contractors/staff.  Ability to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions.  Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices for maintenance/repairs.  Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).  Valid Texas Driver’s License  Bilingual (English/Spanish)    Qualifications
