Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained, move-in ready, and that resident service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternating weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
  • Perform “make-ready” duties to prepare units for new residents
  • Handle move-out repairs and ensure units meet company standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
  • Identify and report any major repairs or safety concerns
  • Work closely with property management team to meet deadlines and expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance experience required (property management preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
