- Provide crucial administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Â
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and coordinating information flow.Â
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation to support effective property management. Â
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize the team’s productivity. Â
- Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service. Â
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Â
- Professional customer service and communication skills.  Â
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.Â
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, for example community managers, vendors, peers, clients. Â
- Able to work effectively with others in person and in group settingÂ
- Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. Â
- Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.Â
- High School Diploma or GED Required  Â
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience  Â
