The Role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers with strong Python skills to train AI models on complex electrical engineering reasoning tasks. This role focuses on technical evaluation and problem design, not software development or data labeling.

What You’ll Do

You may be asked to:

  • Design rigorous electrical engineering problems reflecting professional practice.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Validate calculations or simulations using Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
  • Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard logic.
  • Apply structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems.
