What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute physical field counts of implants and instrumentation at hospitals, surgery centers, and consignment locations
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Management, and internal stakeholders to create and adjust count schedules
- Populate detailed spreadsheets with inventoried items and ensure accurate, timely daily submissions of count data
- Review and discuss updated inventory data with Sales Management during active counts as needed
- Strictly follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all count and handling activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, hospital staff, and external stakeholders throughout count processes
- Provide on-site operational support at hub locations as directed by leadership to maintain continuity and efficiency
- Assist with expired inventory processing, returns (RMA), product handling workflows, kit integrity checks, and supporting documentation
- Participate in inventory reconciliation efforts and help maintain data accuracy across systems and trackers
- Contribute to project-based initiatives such as audit readiness, manufacturing excellence (ME) programs, and process improvements
- Support workload balancing between field count activities and hub operations based on business priorities
- Accommodate urgent schedule changes and perform other duties as assigned to support overall supply chain goals
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related experience (inventory, logistics, cycle counting, or field operations preferred)
- Medical device industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading or participating in cycle count teams is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (at least 3 weeks per month, 55–60% overall travel)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to handle fast-paced environments, urgent schedule changes, and shifting priorities
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook; Access preferred)
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds repeatedly and using hands for handling parts, typing, and data entry
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in dynamic, on-the-road settings

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, travel demands, and performance with potential for overtime, travel-related allowances, bonuses, and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
