Pizza Cook (PT)– Karbach Brewing Company

Availability: Must be available Sundays
Reports to: Kitchen Supervisors & Hospitality Management Team

Position Summary

The Pizza Cooks prepare high-quality pies & dishes to Karbach standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area. This role supports daily kitchen operations and ensures every plate leaving the line represents our commitment to quality and consistency. 

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards.

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas.

Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.

Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.

Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.

Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).

Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
