In this role, you’ll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies and grow their skills.
Must hold an EPA Type II or Universal certification.
