What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Guide and support team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment, processes, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Identify and resolve production challenges to keep workflow on track.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in an operational plant setting with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
- Personal protective equipment is required and provided.
- Role may involve standing, walking, climbing, or lifting as part of normal duties.

- $90,000-$95,000/yr base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
