What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Guide and support team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor equipment, processes, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
  • Identify and resolve production challenges to keep workflow on track.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in an operational plant setting with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
  • Personal protective equipment is required and provided.
  • Role may involve standing, walking, climbing, or lifting as part of normal duties.
