If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. At Mancuso Crossroads our Inventory Manager will oversee the inventory process from start to finish by managing target inventory levels and online presence.Â
Qualifications
Inventory Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities:Â Â
 Â
- Help acquire inventory, including possessing street purchases.Â
- Maintain stocking levels.Â
- Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claimsÂ
- Manage wholesale units to include weekly log for visibilityÂ
- Track inventory through the whole processÂ
- Provide feedback and analysis to purchasing teamÂ
- Conduct lot merchandisingÂ
- Deliver ongoing quality assurance for all lot vehiclesÂ
- Provide Inventory quality assurance (Aged inventory inspections)Â
- Reporting when needed, i.e. SIMS data, sales trends.Â
- Call customers to acquire bikes for inventory.Â
- Maintain online listing including uploading pictures and descriptions.Â
- Lead Trade and bucket jumper walk every morning.Â
- Asset with dealer trades and trade-in units Â

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Inventory Manager Qualifications:Â Â
- Two plus years prior powersports industry experienceÂ
- Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, order entry, inventory systemsÂ
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills requiredÂ
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistentlyÂ
- Strong oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to utilize our technology and stay current with our technology trainingÂ
- Ability to take ownership of the details – large and smallÂ
- Decision making that demonstrates good judgmentÂ
- Have a general knowledge of motorcycle mechanical operationsÂ
- Have a clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background recordÂ
- Maintain a motorcycle endorsement/ license Â
