What this job involves  

We are looking for a Deal Coordinator to join our Markets Operations team. The successful candidate will provide white glove transaction support to a highly dynamic, successful team of brokers. Only those with a laser focus on details, thrive on deadlines and capable of managing up will succeed. We need a team player that can contribute across operationalĀ & financialĀ functions while supporting the business to drive and grow revenue.Ā 

This role provides a unique opportunity and exposure to all aspects of the commercial real estate business and our firm. You will partner with local marketing, research,Ā financeĀ and HR business partners as well as work alongside our executive leadership team.       

  

General/OperationsĀ 

Act asĀ primaryĀ liaison between brokerage, operations & corporate finance.  

 Provide outstanding customer service to brokerage team, financeĀ teamĀ & externalĀ clients.Ā 

TransactionsĀ 

Manage brokerage pipeline at 100% accuracyĀ 

Review &Ā submitĀ commercial real estate deals for revenue recognition – collect &Ā validateĀ required documents &Ā maintainĀ leaseĀ databaseĀ and files.Ā 

CalculateĀ & generateĀ invoices uponĀ request,Ā within 48hrs. Process andĀ validateĀ all transactions withinĀ JLLĀ database.Ā 

Maintain leasing deal database – ensure ALL data (new and historical) isĀ accurate.Ā 

Provide Reporting to brokerage, leadership and local business support lines to support business development, revenueĀ projectionsĀ and collections.   

FinanceĀ 

Manage Property Marketing Reimbursables –  ValidateĀ contracts, oversee project tracking and billing, manage AR.  

Review and provide updates on important financial reporting in partnership with operations,Ā brokerageĀ and finance leadership teamsĀ 

Accounts Receivable Management - ensuringĀ timelyĀ collectionsĀ 

Qualifications:Ā 

Bachelor’s DegreeĀ required.Ā 

2-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional company environment preferred.  

Must be resourceful, proactive, problem Solver who is detail oriented.   

Able to adapt to strong personalities andĀ maintainĀ a customer focused work ethic.Ā 

ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office Suite (strong-above averageĀ Excel skills) & Adobe AcrobatĀ 

Ability to learn new software and internal JLL platforms.Ā 

General knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures with accuracy.Ā 

EnjoysĀ working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ā 

Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and with a team environment.Ā 

Excellent written and oral communication skills:Ā abilityĀ to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly.Ā 

MustĀ have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ā 

Ability to stay calm under pressure and multiple deadlines, assigned last minute.Ā 

Must be accountable and able to assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential andĀ private information.Ā
