JOB DESCRIPTION (Analyst):

Under direct supervision, assist in the collection and analysis of data for senior staff to use in order to

formulate an opinion of the market value of real estate for the purposes of dispute resolution, mortgage

underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis and estate purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

路 Collects, analyzes, and reports appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources.

路 Responsible for understanding all company research related database programs.

路 Will inspect properties as part of the valuation process along with Senior Appraiser.

路 Assists in the preparation of sections of appraisal reports under the direct supervision of a State Certified

Appraiser.

路 Understands all necessary software programs used to prepare valuation reports.

路 Will continue training on current government regulations, zoning laws and appraisal standards

路 Understands and utilizes necessary third-party data sources.

路 May perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

路 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree (preferably in real estate or other related subjects such as economics &

finance); preference is given to MS or MBA in Real Estate.

路 At a minimum, must have or will obtain appraiser trainee license issued by the appropriate state

Board.

路 Proficient in Excel and Word.

路 Knowledge of Argus is a plus.

路 Preference given to prior professional experience in real estate analysis, market research or

related field.

路 Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.

路 Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
