Tow Truck Driver
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to various locations, providing excellent roadside assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain tow truck equipment in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and safety procedures
- Transport vehicles to designated locations while ensuring the safety of the vehicle, other drivers, and pedestrians
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all necessary paperwork
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate services and ensure timely delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating tow trucks and related equipment
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to vehicle towing
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
