As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs that align with our business objectives and market competitiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and managing vendor relationships. The position also leads complex benefits projects, including annual enrollment, vendor implementations, acquisitions and integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
