What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Install commercial landscape projects including:
- Irrigation systems
- Tree, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Drainage systems
- Hardscape and landscape improvements
- Operate and work around construction equipment and tools
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain quality workmanship and productivity on job sites
- work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Foreman Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
- Coordinate daily job site activities and production goals
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with Project Managers regarding project progress
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
Crew Members Responsibilities
- Perform landscape construction tasks as directed by crew leadership
- Assist with installations and site preparation
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Support team productivity and project completion
Qualifications
- Previous landscape construction, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Valid driver's license (required for some positions)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates
