Slitter Operator

About the Role:

As a Slitter Operator in the manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain slitting machines to cut materials into specified widths. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials for various applications. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with different types of materials, such as metals, plastics, or textiles.
• Previous experience operating slitting machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to machine operation in a manufacturing setting.
