About The Position
Muleshoe, Texas – Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Locum Tenens - Emergency Room (ER)
Ivory Medical is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with recent/ongoing ER experience available to support a 5-bed ED in Muleshoe, Texas beginning as soon as possible.
We are seeking providers available for flexible day or night shift coverage for ongoing locum tenens assignments. In order to continue to provide the best care possible, we are in need of additional experienced providers with recent/current ER experience for flexible scheduling assignments.
ER Responsibilities:
Provide professional care within the Emergency Department; coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care. Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs of patients, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. Communicate with ED physicians regarding changes in patient’s status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Current Texas State License
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Recent ER Experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- COVID-19 Vaccination
