Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and marketing professionals to bring our training materials to life through creative and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop graphics for online training courses, marketing materials, and website

- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create visually appealing and effective training materials

- Create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media

- Ensure all designs are consistent with branding guidelines and company standards

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines

- Assist with other design and marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
