Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in English and Spanish
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory as needed
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines
- Support the team with daily store operations
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic store duties
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
