RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate material handling equipment.Â
- Operate packaging tools (machine and hand).Â
- Using RF devices for accurate material tracking.Â
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous warehouse and forklift/side loader experience.Â
- High school education or GED desired.Â
- Good mathematical competencies.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.Â
- Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment.Â
- Able to read a tape measure to the sixteenth. Experience with micrometers and calipers.Â
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have excellent attendance, be on time for work, and dependable.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, and health & safety.Â
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience using computers.
- Experience with cutting and banding equipment is a plus.Â
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment including crane and forklift. Must pass evaluation before working independently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to spend 80% of the day standing.
- Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull.
- Ability to climb into and out of forklift.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (22.7kg) maximum occasionally with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs (11.3kg).

- Work is primarily conducted in an industrial environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
