Key Responsibilities:

· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

· Accurately complete daily production reports

· Identify and distinguish between various materials (e.g., strand, fabric)

· Audit pallets upon receipt of goods to ensure accuracy and quality

· Perform banding and shrink-wrapping of pallets

· Follow proper procedures for scrap material handling

· Stack pallets correctly and safely

· Maintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping)

· Operate power equipment as needed

· Tag and label posted materials accurately

· Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors regarding workflow and issues

*Must be able to work 5:30pm-5am Monday through Saturday

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Forklift experience required

· Previous warehouse or production experience

· Ability to read and complete production documentation neatly

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Basic understanding of material types and warehouse processes

· Good verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Commitment to safety and quality standards
