We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused Warehouse Attendant to support drilling services operations through accurate MRP system transactions, efficient shipping and receiving, and precise picking of parts and equipment. This role is essential to maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time support for field and operations teams.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • MRP & Inventory Control
  • Execute accurate MRP/ERP system transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system reconciliation
  • Ensure real-time data integrity between physical inventory and system records
  • Receive and verify inbound materials against purchase orders
  • Process receipts and shipments accurately in the MRP system
  • Prepare materials for outgoing shipments
  • Pick parts accurately based on work orders and kit list
  • Assemble and stage materials for operations

 

Skills / Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-4+ years of related warehouse or equipment operation experience

  • Proven ability to operate hand tools, forklifts, cranes, and other lifting/securing devices

  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to HSE standards

  • Basic mathematical and measurement computation skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with general understanding of products and applications

  • Adaptability to change with excellent multi-tasking abilities

  • Team player capable of working with all levels of personnel and external contractors

  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
