About the Role:
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From organizing and monitoring stock to handling merchandise and preparing outgoing shipments, your contributions will directly impact our success. You’ll also enjoy working in a temperature-controlled warehouse, ensuring a comfortable work environment year-round.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and fulfill outgoing orders promptly
- Follow company SOPs and work instructions for warehouse operations
- Receive and inspect incoming products
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Conduct inventory counts every two months
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse or assistant role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with inventory software is a plus
- Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Work Ethic: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to ensure clear and effective teamwork
