A Warehouse Shipping Supervisor oversees the daily outbound logistics and fulfillment operations of a facility. They manage shipping staff, coordinate the accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, enforce strict safety and quality standards, and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to meet strict delivery KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Direct the daily workflow of picking, packing, and staging orders to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
