This physician will join an employed physician group of over 750 physicians to be based in Westfield & Kokomo, Indiana. Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing practice Community Westfield Hospital and Community Howard Regional Hospital. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.
· Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 45+ Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
· Shared 1:4 STEMI call for Community Howard Regional Hospital
· Close to desired Northside suburbs
Licensure & Certification
· American Board of Cardiology certification
· Indiana medical license will be required
Desired requirements
· Interest in peripheral vascular work
· Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
· Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
· Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
