Overview

The Operations Division is seeking a detail-oriented, conscientious leader to work with the Entertainment Manager in all facets of planning and coordination of events. The ideal candidate will integrate, monitor, and administer professional execution of all aspects of Entertainment to deliver seamless guest, customer, and client success.

• Supervise seasonal team members, including hiring, training, discipline, and rewards/recognition• Develop innovative event ideas with knowledge of market and industry trends• Assist park management with the annual and long-range planning of all present and future event offerings• Serve as the liaison between park management and other third-party event companies associated with events• Ensure the proper staffing levels are maintained and assist in specialized recruiting when appropriate• Train and oversee the installation, setup, operation, strike, proper care and storage of all Six Flags events• Responsible for tracking and operating within labor and expense budgets• Train, audit and adhere to all labor laws and guidelines to ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and park regulations• Ensure 100% compliance with all standard operating procedures as they relate to Six Flags standardization and/or Federal or State guidelines• Other duties as assigned by the Entertainment Manager
