Big Truck Mechanic – Piscataway, NJ

Currently, we are seeking a Big Truck Mechanic to support our Piscataway, NJ location and surrounding areas. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment MAINLY LARGE CAPACITY FORKLIFTS
• Much of lift truck repair will be in port & heavy industrial locations
• Provide courteous and professional service
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Company and OSHA Standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience repairing forklifts and/or heavy equipment
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Cummins experience
• Experience as a road mechanic a plus
• Welding / fabricating experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have own tools
• Clean driving record
• Stable work history
• Dependable, self-motivated professional 
• Excellent work ethic and a POSITIVE attitude
• Ability to provide references of prior employers

Compensation:

This position pays an hourly range between $45.00 - $50.00/hr; compensation is based on experience.
