Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time
Location: Jackson, NJ
Pay:Â $20.16/hr | $21.16/hr weekends
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
General Occupational Requirement: Male Only due to personal care requirements.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP). Leads work closely with Group Home Managers to support residents, communicate with outside agencies, client guardians, and medical providers, and ensure compliance with care standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to DSP staff and residents
Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, healthy routines, personal care, and hygiene
Support social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
Collaborate with Group Home Managers on client care plans and compliance
Communicate effectively with outside agencies, guardians, and healthcare providers
Ensure all tasks assigned by management are completed to meet quality and compliance standards
Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
21 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of DSP experience with behavioral clients; 1 year as a Lead DSP preferred
Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
