Responsibilities:
Running and approving raw materials to insure the quality of our finished products. Â
Running and approving production samples to insure that-the customer receives a quality product in a timely manner.Â
Completing supervisor assigned responsibilities to insure that departmental objectives are being met on time.Â
Participation with cross functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities as required.Â
Verify proper labeling, handling and inspection of hazardous waste material.Â
Must be able to complete normal QC functions with a minimal amount of supervision.Â
Characterize, handle, label, manifest, or inspect hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.   Â
Other duties as assigned.Â
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
A general understanding of basic chemical concepts is desirableÂ
Good oral and written communication skillsÂ
Good math skillsÂ
Computer experience including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes databases, and corporate ERP systems is helpful but not requiredÂ
