Job Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Worker to help keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds safe and in good working order. Your work will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and the people we serve. What You’ll Do: Fix and maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds Handle basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Respond to emergency repair calls (including off-hours when needed) Keep things safe by checking for and fixing hazards Use tools and equipment safely Follow work orders and safety rules Attend training as needed Be part of a supportive team and follow our mission QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Experience with general maintenance work Ability to use hand and power tools Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems A team player with a strong work ethic Willing to respond to emergencies when needed Valid driver’s license (if required for travel between sites)
