Responsibilities:
- Structure, present, and secure financing and insurance options for customers.
- Build strong lender relationships and maintain compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee deal structures, review paperwork, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive profitability through effective sales strategies, F&I product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with ownership/management to establish best practices and implement dealership processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Automotive Finance Management (at least 3–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Financing, Leasing, and F&I products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused.
