ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using “Tropitude” (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
- Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our café.
- Prepares fresh ingredients and assembles and serving fresh food and smoothies.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, and any other areas in the cafe using our sanitization practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment with the ability to multi-task.
ADDITIONAL:
- Must be able to work various shifts and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to learn quickly and handle work at a VERY busy environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must live no further than 15-20 min drive from store.
- Minimum Age 18+.
