Job Overview:

Job Summary**

Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closing of complex energy infrastructure projects within Primoris Energy Services - Nexus, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for energy infrastructure projects.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, construction personnel, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
* Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
* Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Primoris Services Corporation.
* Conduct post-project reviews and analyses to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and close-out documents.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the energy or heavy civil construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably within oil & gas, power generation, or renewable energy sectors.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and relevant software tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
* Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial data.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
* Commitment to safety and quality assurance.
* Ability to travel to project sites as required.
