Job Summary:

The Workforce Development Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Primoris Energy Services employees in Hubbard, TX. This role focuses on improving performance, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for various roles within Primoris Energy Services.
* Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and e-learning modules, tailored to adult learning principles.
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, safety protocols, equipment operation, industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and new technologies.
* Utilize diverse training methods and tools, such as classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and virtual learning platforms.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback collection, and performance monitoring, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and employee progress.
* Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with operational needs and company goals.
* Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in workforce development and adult education.
* Assist in the development and implementation of career development paths for employees.
* Promote a positive and safety-conscious learning environment.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in training and development may be considered.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, corporate training, or adult education, preferably within the energy, construction, or a related industrial sector.
* Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning development tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices relevant to the energy services industry is highly desirable.
* Ability to travel occasionally to other company sites if required.
