Fleet Response is seeking qualified candidates to work at our corporate office, for the following position: Subrogation Supervisor The Subrogation Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily processing activities in support of established recovery and cycle time standards as they relate to subrogation.

The Subrogation Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily processing activities in support of established recovery and cycle time standards as they relate to subrogation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Ability to maintain and process employee payroll, attendance and employment related data.
- Plans, organizes and supervises a team of employees and serves as an escalation point to team members.
- Conducts periodic monitoring/audits of the functional activities and productivity to ensure accuracy and quality of customer service and compliance.
- Ability to coach and develop others.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunity areas and put together actions plans to improve performance and develop metrics.
- Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner with innovative and creative solutions.
- Rates productivity and performance of employees and provides feedback
- Motivates and leads employees to accomplish assigned tasks, ensure compliance with Company's and Customer’s expectations.
- Meets or exceeds both individual and team recovery performance metrics.
- Other duties or projects as assigned by Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED or similar educational background.
- Subrogation/liability experience recommended.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to coach and develop others preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent internal and external customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Highly motivated, strong initiative, self-starter with team focus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
