Do you take pride in staying organized, resolving issues quickly, and making every interaction count? ACS is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to be the voice of our brand - connecting customers, crews, and coordinators to deliver seamless flooring installations every time.
Welcome to ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists, where your expertise meets a vibrant community!

At ACS, we’re more than just a flooring installation company; we’re a thriving community driven by our values. Grounded in four foundational principles- Say Yes, Own It, Do What You Say, and We Care -we foster a culture of unity, togetherness, and unwavering commitment.
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation journey - from scheduling their appointment to confirming a successful install. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, verify purchase orders, prepare customers for installation day, and work closely with our installation teams and Home Depot partners to keep every project on track.
Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, service updates, and general customer inquiries
  • Schedule installation appointments based on customer availability, installation type, and ACS capacity
  • Conduct Hard Surface Acclimation calls to prepare customers for upcoming installations
  • Verify purchased items with customers to ensure they receive the correct product and scope of work
  • Review floor plans and verify purchase order accuracy; request adjustments or additional POs as needed
  • Receive calls from installation teams regarding estimated arrival times and job site updates
  • Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and close out jobs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all call activity, order status, and next steps in internal systems
  • Utilize The Home Depot platforms (HDSC and HDMS) to support order tracking and cross-functional communication
What Success Looks Like
  • Customers are scheduled accurately and promptly, with clear communication at every step
  • High call volumes are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude
  • Purchase orders and job details are verified and documented without errors
  • Customers feel informed, prepared, and highly satisfied upon installation completion
Who We’re Looking For

  • A natural communicator who is clear, courteous, and customer-focused on every call
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new platforms quickly
  • A problem-solver who adapts easily when processes shift or challenges arise
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping accurate records
  • A team player who understands that collaboration is what gets the job done
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime or weekends when needed
