WhatĀ you’llĀ do in this role:Ā 

-Support daily production operations and serves as the primary technical resource for coating processes and equipment.

-Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot process and equipment issues, maintains process stability, and ensures consistent coating quality.

-Focus on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost through practical process enhancements and continuous improvement efforts projects.

-Lead root cause investigations and implements corrective and preventative actions to resolve production challenges.

-Apply knowledge of coating materials and coating processes, with experience in equipment and processes such as manual and automated spray systems, including robotics, reciprocators, electrostatic spraying for liquid coatings and/or powder coating technologies.

-Measure coating and part properties such as viscosity, % solids, adhesion, hardness. lubricity, durability, Ā and wet/dry film thickness—to monitor and optimize process performance, ensuring compliance with material and customer specifications.

-Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications, and supports engineering changes.

-Assist with equipment qualification and process validation activities.

-Collaborate with Coating and NPI Engineers to transfer new coating processes and products into production.

  • You will reviewĀ procedures and plans prior to implementationĀ as well asĀ evaluateĀ existingĀ products, processes and materialsĀ for failure analysis and potential improvements.Ā 

  • You willĀ participateĀ inĀ projects that require you toĀ investigate, develop,Ā documentĀ and implement newĀ product andĀ process technologies of moderateĀ complexity andĀ scope.Ā Ā Ā

What sets you apart:Ā 

  • You earned, as aĀ minimum,Ā aĀ bachelor’s degreeĀ in an engineering or relatedĀ technicalĀ field;Ā and have at least three years of relevant experience.Ā 

  • Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered withĀ 7+ years of relevant experience.Ā 

  • While you will haveĀ occasionalĀ support and guidance from more experienced engineers,Ā supervisorsĀ or managers, you willĀ demonstrateĀ the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other associates and cross functional teams.Ā

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
