You earned, as aĀ minimum,Ā aĀ BachelorāsĀ DegreeĀ in an engineering or relatedĀ technicalĀ fieldĀ and may have earned aĀ MasterāsĀ Degree.Ā Ā
You are technically seen as a very competent technical contributor, a recognition you have earned through 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences.Ā
Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 10+ years of relevant experience.Ā
You have a strong technical and problem solving foundation, and preferably training and certifications, in a variety of problem-solving and project management methodologies such as 6-Sigma (green belt as a minimum, black belt preferred), 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa (Fish Bone), Kepner-Tregoe, PMP.Ā Ā Ā

Specialization:Ā
Support and develop Coating process to optimize material performance and process efficiency. Lead, plan, and coordinate detailed phases of process characterization activities to include new products with unique attribute requirements. Create validation protocols and process development through statistical modeling and experimentation where required. Experience with material analytics and equivalency studies and prior knowledge of material surface preparation, a distinct advantage. Medical or other coatings experience including spray, dip, and continuous reel to reel coating processes.
