Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team. Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.
Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA
Residential Solar Installer
Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
What Everyone Brings to the Team
Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks
