Molding Technician

 

Location: Mellenville, NY

Pay: $17.05 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Molding Technician, you'll bring your experience in injection molding to a team that values quality, community, and compassion. This is a chance to be more than just another number in a large facility - here, your work matters and your voice is heard

 

What You'll Do

  • Set up and run injection molding machines
  • Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement
  • Complete material and color changes as needed
  • Assemble, inspect, and package parts at the machine
  • Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders
  • Monitor inventory and maintain documentation for your shift
  • Ensure production is running efficiently and safely
  • Support and lead production staff as needed

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (TASC)
  • 3 years of machine operation experience, with at least 1 year in injection molding
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to be hands-on and wear multiple hats
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. occasionally)
  • A team player who values mission over profit
