Position Overview

Family First HomeCare is actively hiring experienced RNs and LPNs to join our growing team providing high-acuity pediatric home care throughout Pasco County. We are seeking skilled, compassionate nurses who are passionate about delivering one-on-one care in a home setting.

Types of Care May Include (Non-Identifying)

• Tracheostomy & ventilator care
• G-tube / J-tube management
• Medication administration
• Seizure monitoring
• Oxygen therapy
• Personal care assistance
• Care coordination with families and clinical teams

Ideal Candidate

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• High-acuity pediatric home care experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in the home setting
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Reliable, professional, and family-centered
