Job description

As a Technician/Driver, you will have an essential role within the company. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, processing work orders according to warranty and non-warranty guidelines, repairing devices, and assuring quality service at our workshop.  We are looking for someone personable, timely, and easy to work with. In this hybrid role, you’ll diagnose and repair devices at our in-shop facility and handle the safe and timely transport of client devices. You  will be working directly with our clients, so while we are flexible with the dress code, a professional appearance is still needed. Other qualifications include:

Job Duties:

• Driving & Delivery:
  • Ensure safe, prompt pick-up and delivery of client devices
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with school staff and clients
  • Handle devices with care during loading, unloading, and transit
  • Represent Cell Tech Inc. in a professional and positive manner during client interactions

Qualification

• Clean driving record
• Navigate Washington, DC efficiently and responsibly
• No DUI convictions within the past four year
• No more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three years
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Technical know-how (must be comfortable operating a smartphone or tablet)
• Successfully pass a background check
• Legal right to work in the US

As a Delivery Driver , you are the face of the company. We are looking for someone personable, timely, and easy to work with. Our Electronics Couriers will be working directly with our clients, so while we are flexible with the dress code, a professional appearance is still needed. Other qualifications include:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 8AM - 4PM
• Weekends as needed

Pay : 18-20$ per hour

Work Location: In person, with a reliable commute or intent to relocate to Chantilly, VA 20151 before the start date (preferred).
