Reston Limousine | Dispatcher | Sterling, VA

As a part-time or full-time Dispatcher for Reston Limousine, you will be responsible for dispatching drivers & vehicles based on workload. Immediate needs! This is a onsite position!

Available Shifts: AM, PM and overnight for both full-time & part-time openings.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Communicate with drivers and clients.
Schedule and dispatch drivers & vehicles based on workload.
Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems
Monitor and communicate with our shuttle ops team.

Experience:

Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Solid geographic knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
1-3 years of related work experience
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
Problem-solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload.
Passenger Driver or Delivery Experience preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
