ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointmentsMeet and build rapport with customers in their homes
- Determine their design needsEducate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solutionClose sales
- Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointmentsConduct job site measuring
- Photograph spaces appropriatelyCreate designs with customersSelect appropriate productsCorrectly calculate costs of projects
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS
- One Call Closer experience
- A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
- Home improvement related sales experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Coachable mindset
- Competitive by nature
- Clean driving record and background check
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
- Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus

Salary: $95,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year Based on Sales commission Basis
