Clinical Therapist (Full-Time, Exempt)

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $40hr w/full license | Schedule: 30+ billable hours/week
Location: Antlers, OK or Poteau, OK or Durant, OK or Hugo, OK or Idabel, OK

About the Role

We’re hiring a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Sociology, or related field
Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems)
