Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a reliable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. You will concentrate on therapeutic work that supports healthier communication, emotional regulation, and long-term relational change.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
  • Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
  • Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
  • Track progress through consistent documentation
  • Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations
  • Active Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
  • Confidence using telehealth technology
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
  • 2 weeks paid time off
