Store Manager

Summary of Job Functions: 

The Store Manager endeavors to make every guest visit a pleasant, fast, enjoyable experience through exemplary service and leadership. The Store Manager directs and supervises the assigned location for maximum operational efficiency, supervises all functional operations associated with a convenience store, communicates all policies and news to all team members, as well as communicates all necessary information to the assigned District Manager. The store manager communicates all competitive fuel price changes.

Experience, Skills required: Must be 18 years old; able to work day, evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays, as required for assigned store; must be prepared and willing to work alone; able to multi-task; be willing to legally sell age restricted products such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco and lottery tickets; must successfully pas TABC certification and recertify every two years; must maintain a telephone (home or cell) that is active and operational; have reliable transportation and must be able to perform all physical and environmental and essential functions.

High School Diploma or GED; training provided by Toot'n Totum includes TABC certification, Tobacco Certification, computer based training and management training
