What You Will Do

Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels
Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring according to electrical schematics
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
Install and wire relays, terminal blocks, breakers, fuses, power supplies, and other industrial control components
Conduct testing and verification of completed panels
Troubleshoot wiring and electrical control system issues
Work closely with engineers and project managers to meet project schedules
Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and organized work areas
Support continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency and quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, technical training or electrical certifications a plus
3+ years of industrial control panel wiring experience, 5+ years of experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience wiring industrial control components and power distribution systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
