Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Support service and repair calls as directed by Dispatch and Management.
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs under supervision.
• Safely use plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and other industry-standard tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and job site.
• Respond to assigned service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, Dispatch, and office staff.
• Follow company procedures regarding work orders, job documentation, and customer interactions.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, and work orders accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Apprentice Plumbing License required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Flexible and able to take direction from supervisors and lead technicians.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and other physically demanding environments.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
