Full-time Maintenance Position in our Maintenance Department. Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm with rotating call schedule.

Full-time benefits: IPERS, Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and PTO and Sick time accrual begins first day of employment.

This position requires installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Must have the ability and experience to perform specialized maintenance and repair functions throughout the facilities on all types of equipment and electrical systems. Studies blueprints and diagrams to know layout, location and specification of items to be installed, repaired, or serviced.

This is a multi-task position that will require the ability to perform many different duties internally and externally, to insure a safe, clean, healing environment.

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Will work independently and without direct supervision.
Adjust to different circumstances regularly.
Trouble shoot various problems.
Shovel snow from sidewalks and parking lots and salt icy spots when needed.
